Our in-house team offer a full appraisal of your site, planning application and legal assistance; we will even secure a buyer and ensure a seamless process by helping them to find the right opportunity for their needs.
We have worked with many individuals and business to acquire land with or without planning and we also have the knowledge and capability of taking projects from start to completion. Our team are dedicated in putting you first and are committed to delivering excellence, while ensuring all projects meet the legal requirements for best outcomes.
How We Work
There is no cost to you, we offer free land appraisal, land assessments, full planning applications, drawings and related documents. All costs covered by Expert Land including all your legal fees of up to £1500 + VAT. There is no obligation to you when you start this process.
We approach each project from the start with an initial consultation, to establish what your requirements are, followed by a tailor-made solution based on our findings. Once we have carried out a land appraisal, we will carry out a land analyst, at this point you will be able to choose from the following options:
1st Option
You will receive an offer from our team, and once the price has been agreed, we will enter into an option agreement with you. This will allow Expert Land to gain planning and build.
2nd Option
We will open your land for sale to a network of developers which could mean multiple offers. We will assist you in making the right choice, you would then enter into an option agreement with a chosen developer.
